It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Dennis Penrod, the founder of Dennis Heating & Air Conditioning.
Under an old oak tree in Cottonwood, CA, Dennis built this company from the ground up, embodying a spirit of resilience and an unwavering commitment to quality. With nothing but a 10' brake for sheet metal fabrication, he established a practice that we proudly continue to this day, blending traditional craftsmanship with modern techniques.
Dennis was more than just a skilled tradesman; he was a mentor, a father, and a visionary who often worked seven days a week to ensure the success of his business. His dedication was unmatched, and his legacy lives on through his son Jeff Penrod, who took over the company in 2008 after Dennis’ retirement. Jeff, having learned the trade at his father’s side from a young age, carries forward the principles of excellence and hard work that Dennis instilled in every aspect of the business.
The impact Dennis made on our team, our clients, and the community is immeasurable. We will continue to honor his memory by upholding the standards of service and quality that he set for us. Dennis may no longer be with us, but his spirit and dedication will always be the foundation of Dennis Heating & Air Conditioning.
